What asthma is — and why it can flare up in Pattaya

Asthma is a long-term condition in which the airways become inflamed and narrow, making it harder to move air in and out of the lungs. When asthma needs emergency care

Carry your reliever inhaler with you at all times rather than leaving it at the hotel, keep a note or photo of your medication names, and pack a spacer if you use one. Limit time in smoky venues, save exercise for the cooler parts of the day, and if a respiratory infection usually unsettles your asthma, come in early rather than waiting for the cough to reach your chest.
